Do you have questions on sleep, diet, environment and mental health? Tired of only getting snapshots on how to truly create wellness for your family? Frustrated by multiple streams of conflicting information?
Join Dr. Bjorndal, Licensed Naturpath, Acclaimed Speaker and Author, for an afternoon that will change the way you approach wellness. Dr Bjorndal will help you to create a roadmap for your family based on a holistic perspective. Every participantās roadmap will look slightly different, but will be anchored in tangible and practical skills shared by Dr. Bjorndal. First, participants will understand how to recognize the root causes of mental health issues, from anxiety and stress to depression and trauma. Dr. Bjorndal is one of the only licensed naturopathic doctors in Canada with an expertise in Naturopathic protocols for supporting mental health struggles. Building on this, she will then share concrete strategies and tools for establishing proper sleep, exercise and diet specifically tailored to support mental wellness. On this foundation, the workshop then delves into practical techniques to enhance and promote wellness through awareness of our emotions, thoughts, behaviours, reactions and compassionate responses. Get ready for an afternoon thatĀ is proactive, holistic, and highly tool based!
