School Educators is designed to offer you simple ways to easily integrate age-appropriate yoga and
mindfulness tools into the classroom on a daily basis. In this course, Educators will be introduced to the
theory behind the practices in order to develop their own personalized action plan for delivering self
regulation tools in their classroom.
