Dr. Mullan earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at The California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. Dr. Mullan is currently a Psychologist at New Jersey City University and is the founder and facilitator of the LGBTQIA Support Group on campus, and an adjunct professor in the Counseling Department.
