Tools and Support for a Lifetime of Connection and Trust

Navigating our child’s big feelings can be exhausting. This course empowers you with the latest research and tools to not only help your child manage these feelings- but to use these moments to bring you and your child, or the child you are working with, even closer.

Children need an adult who can be their anchor through a storm – by the end of this workshop you will know exactly how to do that.

In this course you will explore 7 principles that foster emotion regulation, and each principle has a toolbox which helps parents, teachers, and caregivers to implement concrete tools and strategies into their home immediately.

At the Institute, we are not interested in short term changes; this workshop provides a holistic overview that will equip your child with emotion  regulation skills that will empower them as they move through the different chapters of their life.

    What Customers are Saying

There’s not much that I say “changes my life” except relationships of my children. This definitely ranks up there. This class got me and my husband at the core in the best possible way.

I left this course with parenting tools, a better understanding of me and my child’s behavior, and ways to change both of those to better our lives. I recommend this course to all of my parenting friends, and I’m so glad I took it.

I was most pleased with the vast amount of information; it was relatable and honest. I learned a lot about myself, and how I act as a mother.

Thank you so much. I feel excited and confident in my approach to parenting rather than feeling like I’m waiting for them to misbehave. Which is really just a call out to me.
