Teresa is a graduate of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) where she majored in Marketing & Business Administration. Post-graduation, she continued her education journey with a Graphic Design, Advertising, Business Development & Growth focus. 

She became a Certified Leader for Safety Excellence with the Alberta Construction & Safety Association, and continued her Marketing & Graphic Design journey with over a decade in the manufacturing & construction industry before joining Tammy & Tania at the Institute of Child Psychology.

As Business Development Lead for ICP, Teresa oversees Tammy & Tania’s speaking, consulting, and collaborative projects, often partnering with major thought leaders in education, healthcare, government, and the private sector. Her role contains many facets, not limited to project contracting, coordination of media appearances, media content planning, pre-event coordination, vision calls, and other logistics, graphic design of advertising, as well as overseeing management of the worlds top leaders in Children’s Mental Health & Parenting for the bi-annual ICP Summit. 

Teresa finds the most fulfilling part of her job to be knowing that the supports we are offering to not only parents, but caregivers & professionals from all over the world are making a meaningful impact on their everyday lives.
