Description

Receiving an autism diagnosis—or wondering whether your child may be autistic—can bring a variety of emotions, questions, and uncertainty. This introductory course is designed to help parents and caregivers move beyond myths and fear by providing a compassionate, evidence-based understanding of autism.

This course explores how autism shapes the way a child experiences the world. You’ll learn about the autistic nervous system, sensory processing, communication, emotional regulation, and behavior through a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming lens.

Throughout the course, you’ll gain practical strategies for supporting your child’s development, reducing daily stress, and fostering a strong, connected relationship with your child. Whether your child was recently diagnosed or you simply want to better understand them, this course will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to advocate for your child and create an environment where they can thrive.
